Looking for a YouTube thumbnail designer for 4 thumbnails

Hey there I have a Youtube channel where I teach Google ads

I've been looking for a designer to take over from designing the thumbnails of my videos for me.

I'm looking for someone who has experience designing thumbnails for YouTube.

Usually our thumbnails would be an image of me reacting to the video title sometimes I need more creativity in the design to get my point across
